What’s new?
Besides the Flica bot that is competently searching, sorting, and requesting trips automatically for you, we added a new feature named “Flica AI Monitoring.” This new feature will enable any kind of auto-searching on any page or table from the Flica portal. You simply need to enter the URL/link of the page where the data exists. Then, type your instruction to let AI know what you want to find or trace on that page of Flica. It’ll do the rest for you and give you an instant alert once it finds something in terms of your instructions. This works with ChatGPT Key. So you can do something more than just request the trips—everything is automated here.
Why did it just happen?
As we have witnessed, pilots and crew members often struggle to set up required trip information within a miniature Chrome extension screen, especially as we introduced new features such as Flica AI Monitoring. This inspired us to develop a web-based application with a comprehensive UI designed to make powerful flight requests for crew easier, faster, and more convenient.
The endmost edge of using this new web-based Flica bot app is that you can restart the bot for the same trips that the bot was searching for last time at just 1 click. You can also find the report of all available trips that the bot has collected in the dashboard. However, you also receive an email about the collected trips whose status and reason are either requested or not.

Flica Bot Safety of Account
Because it’s designed to operate your Flica account in the same way as you do manually, that’s why you’ll notice there is no download or installation required. It is formed in a chrome-extension that you can add into your chrome browser. Moreover, the operations are performed very identical to human action not too slowly but not so fast such as: Reading trip details, Checking dates and days, Adding and requesting a trip, Recheck (without refresh) for a required trip. The Crewline app is primarily a monitoring tool. It helps you see available trips and sends alerts when trips matching your preferences appear, but you still need to manually refresh FLICA, open the trip, and submit the request yourself.
The WebsAutomation FLICA Bot is a fully automated solution. It continuously searches FLICA, finds matching trips based on your filters, and automatically submits a trip request the moment a qualifying trip becomes available.

Flica is a web-based application, though this automated Flica app is available in Chrome extension that you can use to get Flica trips automatically.
Open the Flica website main page, Click/launch the “Flica Bot” Chrome extension. Select crew-class, dates, and BCID number, and start the bot from the chrome-extension. It’ll open the Flica webpage for the selected crew-class new chrome window/tab. Then go back to the main Flica website window/tab, Click/launch the “Flica Bot” Chrome extension again. This time select another crew class to start. The bot will open a new tab/window to search trips for this crew class. In such a way, it can look for multiple trips for different crew classes.
It’s only supported for Windows/Mac computers/laptops as it’s formed in the chrome-extension program that cannot be set up on mobile or tablet devices.

Important Updates for the Flica Frontier Bot:
Crew-Class Switching: We’ve identified and fixed an issue where the bot wasn’t switching to your crew-class when trips were available. Now, it’s capable of switching to your class before matching trips.
Redirection Issue: Previously, the bot would redirect users to the login page if it took longer to open or load trip data, even if users were already logged in. We’ve removed this unnecessary redirection.
