Delivery Policy:

  • Upon receipt of payment, customers will receive an email within 1 to 24 hours containing links to download the purchased product, along with account credentials or license information.
  • We offer three free post-sale consultations for technical issues, which can be requested via email or our ticket portal.

Third-Party Applications:

  • Our bot may interact with third-party applications or websites. We don’t have an agreement with the third-party applications.
  • We are not responsible for any actions taken by these third-party applications.

If a product you purchase is connected to or relies on any third-party paid service, we will provide you with initial free access to that service. After the initial credits or access are used, the ongoing billing of the third-party service will be the responsibility of the customer. Any product that requires or integrates with a third-party service will have this clearly mentioned on its product page. If your product does not involve any third-party service, this policy does not apply, and no additional charges will be required beyond the product or subscription cost.

Maintenance & Update:

  • If our product is applicable to a third-party application, there’s a possibility that the third-party application or website may make changes to its structure. In such cases, our product may become inactive.
  • However, we are committed to updating our product to comply with the changes from the third-party application and to restore the product to operational status as much as possible.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are subject to the following terms:

    • Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of the payment date.
    • Refunds are processed only if we are unable to resolve a technical issue caused by a product malfunction.
    • No refund requests will be entertained while product updates are in progress, which typically take 1-7 days.
    • Refunds cannot be initiated on the basis of a change of mind. At the time of purchase, we incur transaction fees from our payment processors, which are non-recoverable. As a result, we are unable to accept refund requests for change-of-mind purchases.
    • If the product or service you purchased is customized or is currently being customized at your request, refund requests cannot be accepted.
    • An assistance or transaction fee may be charged during the refund process.
    • Refunds are contingent upon the payment gateway permitting the return of funds to the payer.
    • A reversal request from the buyer’s bank will only be considered if the request and buyer claim comply with our refund terms and conditions, which were disclosed at the time of purchase.
    • Refund requests may take 3-7 days to process.
