Overview & Single Purpose Scope

This Privacy Policy specifically governs the "Flica" Chrome Extension (Item ID: hhmpmamdleppgaaneembaeemdnflmahe) developed by Webs-Automation. Flica is designed for pilots to automate flight request submissions directly within supported flight management web portals (including flica.net and its operational subdomains).

User Data Collection & Access

Flica accesses and collects only the absolute minimum data required to execute its flight request automation features:

  • Site URLs & Page Data: DOM elements, input fields, and page content on supported flight scheduling portals (e.g., flica.net subdomains, Google reCAPTCHA frames for automated verification) strictly to perform user-initiated flight request submissions.
  • Preferences & Operational Data: Automation parameters, schedule filters, and extension configurations configured directly by the user.
  • Account Information: User email address only when provided for account authentication or software licensing.

Flica does NOT capture, collect, or store:

  • Personally Identifiable Information (Full Names, Phone Numbers, Physical Addresses)
  • User passwords or airline account credentials (all portal logins are handled directly by the user through the browser)
  • Financial records, payment card details, or banking information

User Data Handling & Usage

All data accessed by Flica is processed locally in the user's browser to execute the extension's disclosed single purpose.

We explicitly DO NOT use, process, or transfer user data for:

  • Targeted, personalized, or behavioral advertising
  • Sale or transfer to data brokers, ad networks, or commercial third parties
  • Creditworthiness assessment or financial evaluations
  • Any purpose unrelated to automating pilot flight requests as advertised

User Data Storage & Security

  • Local Storage: Extension settings, configurations, and state operational data are saved locally within the user’s browser via the standard Chrome Storage API (`chrome.storage`).
  • Secure Transmission: Communication with our servers (such as checking software license status or fetching operational parameters via host_permissions for websautomation.com) occurs strictly over secure HTTPS encryption.
  • Retention: Data stored locally remains on your device until you clear your browser storage or uninstall the Extension. Remote server logs (if any) are kept strictly for licensing validation and operational security.

User Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user data from Flica with external parties. Data handling occurs strictly within the limits below:

 

  • To execute automated flight request features as initiated directly by the user.
  • To comply with mandatory legal requirements or law enforcement orders.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use Compliance

Flica's use and transfer of information received from Chrome APIs to any other app will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

User Control, Deletion & Contact

Users can clear locally saved extension data at any time by uninstalling Flica or clearing site/extension data in Chrome settings (`chrome://settings/siteData`).
